The fine print
Your info stays yours.
The short version: we collect what you type in, we use it to run the campaign, and we never sell it. Here's the whole thing in plain English.
What we collect. When you sign up, we get what you give us: name, email, zip code, how you want to help, and anything you write in the message box. That's it. This site has no ad trackers and no analytics scripts following you around the internet.
Where it lives. Submissions land in Netlify Forms (the service that receives this site's forms) and sync to Action Network (the tool we use to send campaign email and organize volunteers). Standard campaign plumbing, nothing exotic.
What we do with it. Send you updates, tell you when we're nearby, and put you to work if you asked to be put to work. We never sell, rent, or trade your information. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Want your data gone entirely? Email campaign@maxfornh.com and it's done.
The legal part. Federal law requires every campaign to collect and report certain donor information to the FEC (name, address, employer, and occupation for contributions over $200 in a cycle). That's the rule for everyone, and we follow it to the letter.
